If you want to head South and fish Pea Island National Wildlife Refuge is awesome. Just across the Bonner Bridge. Even in peak season few people will be on the beach. Even if the fish are not biting, it will be a great day fishing. Or you could fish the catwalk on Bonner Bridge. Either way it is a good day.
