I'm no engineer for sure but it's hard for me to see that a repair job is possible and cost effective. I really feel if photos of the underside were posted so people crossing the bridge could see the condition they would think very hard about driving over it. I certainly do. I have a neighbor who sold his property down Salvo way out of concern over crossing and access in the future. I think he was wise to do so.
