Thanks for thinking and including women in your statement on a catwalk. I would love to see it include a cat walk also, and I hope it does, but some of the lawmakers I have spoken with say that the catwalk offers liability. In light that some people go down there and cut wholes in the wire fence to skirt down on the cement pilings and then fall off and drown, I can see where the liability sets in. I just hope that we do not see this bridge collapse or something else happen tragic. I am surprised that in light of what happened last summer that when the fence on both sides had to be replaced that the catwalk has not already been closed. Please if your down on this bridge and see someone abusing the fence (which has been put up for ones safety) please stop that person from destruction of property for its also us the tax payers whom pay for deadly mistakes or repairs of the cat walk fence.
