An attempt at something permenant would be better than constantly throwing money away. Mtr in law has a time share in Nags Head, prior to Isabell there was 200 feet of sand between the buiding an ocean, now the pool is gone (hallaluia), and the property manager says he spends $5,000.00 three times a year to push sand up and make a dune. Problem is getting worse not better, time to try something new.
Not saying it would be a one time fix and war would be over, it's going to be a fight as long as there is an Outer Banks, just trying to prolong it's existence.
