A friend taught me this easy and delicous way to eat blues.
Remove all dark meat from filet, then boil equal amounts of fish and potatoes in seperate pans.
When done combine into a bowl with salt,pepper, and granulated garlic. Use a fork to mash and mix
To serve, put in bowl, sprinkle heavily with crumbled bacon, pour some of grease over top, and serve with uncooked diced onions.Take the leftovers and combine with the onions and make fish cakes.
