Try a Fin Nor 7'Ahab 12. I bouught one last year on Ebay and hooked it up with a good Penn spinning reel.Use 17 braid.Thing casts so far I can not discribe it.Sould be able to get it for around $80.00. Well worth it.Good cheap rod I have had over the years are Berkly Cherry sticks. Use both of them in salt and a 1,700 acre like I live by.
