In Response To: Primer for an aluminum boat (Lost Cause Johnny)

Yellowoxide primmer. It's a commercial product that etches the aluminum and accepts any good quality enamel.Have to clean the boat with lacquer thinner first,rough up with 400 grit sandpaper,wash,and wipe down with tack rags you can get from the same place the primmer came from(body shop supply)Assuming the boat has been washed off to begin with.
