No don't mind you asking or sharing with you.

Parkinsons + frontal temporal lobe dementia. At this point she cannot move...and can barely speak a word. This Capt and at least 2 of the crew visit her daily. All that can be done is to make her as comfortable as possible.

Actually this Capt and crew, not any Dr's blood work, made determination to place Mrs. Capt on Hospice sooner rather than later.

Medicaid was just finally approved. But, navigating interaction between Medicare, private insurance, Medicaid, Hospice and Nursing Home procedures is mind boggling. For example, Hospice cancels any Medicaid payment for therapy and life sustaining drugs.
