Thanks for the info. I have tried blanching and freezing unshucked. Both were not very good, came out soggy. Gonna try your idea King, hope it works because I've got a bunch. I'm really pleased because it's more than enough for us and the Food Bank is now taking donations of fresh produce which they have not done in the past.
