Define edible... Theoretically, pretty much any shark could be considered edible. Desirable to eat is another question. Shark meat is so lean it tends to be dry and kinda tough, especially when grilled or broiled. It's tough skin also makes it hard to clean. I've seen whole tiny dogfish for sale at Asian markets and at fish stalls in the Caribbean and Mediterranean, never tried it tho'. Generally the most favored food sharks are the Makos and Blacktips. Never heard of anyone eating Hammerhead.
