No problem - we get a lot of vague questions. Most of the tackle shops have fresh bait. I would recommend just buying a bag of bloodworms and using what you catch on those for cut bait. You could also use fresh shrimp and use what you catch on that for bait also , but I've always preferred bloodworms. I don't like to use any type of frozen bait.
