i am sorry for not being more specific in my question we are coming down last week of June and staying at kill devil hills it's my first time to the outer banks so i am trying to get all the info i can i would like to know what place ya'll recomend for fresh bait and what i might expect as far as water conditions any help would be greatly appreciated thanks again and sorry for the mishap.
