Try both sides of the tide. About 2 hours before & after.
At Bebops, caught a couple of nice Sheepshead, flounder & small strippers from the bridge area (up against the bridge pilings). You can fish on both sides or the little pier. Crabs are available at either location.
Crabbing, we have always used the 18" collapsible traps. You'll also might catch a few ells with the crab pots.
