No chest cold here, just nose blocked and runnin for 4 months. Your cold from woman behind counter...sure...did your wife buy that?? Its a known fact chest colds only come from exchange of "tongue" fluids!!!!!!!!!!

Re: HOA. Well guess you can look at it that way. Been on the Architectural (ARC) committee here for 10 years. New rules are "not" put in place. Just enforcing rules in place when homeowners bought here. Rules are to maintain everyones property values.

Have Social Director and Social committee that plan events and community parties. Mrs. Capt's New Years brunch was last of ours here at the homestead.

Was FL guy only for visits during years daughter and then police officer hubby in Ft. Lauderdale. His current assignment is in Shreveport, LA. So its 2x a year visits to city near there. Be goin down just before Easter. Other 3 kids and families all here w/i 5 miles. Mrs. Capt would never leave the kids here. Whole crew meets 2 weeks, 1 big house in Waves. Be 37 years in a row for the crew this trip. Never has one of the family missed.

Re: your rental. Understand has to be devastating (esp. if your wife like Mrs. Capt.) to deal w/ damage done by careless "visitors". Agree family and friends best option.

You too stay well, avoid the STD's. Use excuse if you have to..."got it off a door knob":):)
