Been getting outside a lot this "winter" with the warmer temps ... been fighting a chest cold I picked up from some kind woman at the pharmacy coughing all over the place .
One reason I won't do the HOA systems . Work your entire life and somebody else gets to say what curtains or flag your allowed to have .
Too many old people eh . LOL Not organizing any parties , dances or get togethers or are most shut in's in the winter time ? Do you still have kids close , hence why you stay ? Figured you for a Florida guy with all the fishing and warm weather .
We're heading down for St.paddy's weekend ...enjoy sitting and watching Kelly's parade . Then back down by myself a few times in April to fix a few things for the up coming rental season and soak some lines . Got new furniture delivered and need new carpeting in the main area's . Thinking this is probably our last year renting ..cept to friends and family .
