I was close if you look that Cleveland Pear appears to be a new and improved version of the Bradford Pear that doesn't break in the wind.

It's easier to do keeping the yard low maintenance, use plants that come back every year or won't die and use mulch for weed control.

Sometimes have deer trouble but never had a big herd, I think the bypass keeps the numbers down. The deer repellent spray helped.

As for HOAs and upscale subdivisions if certain ethnic people start moving in your home prices are going way down quick seen it before.

And I'm not trying to be rude to anybody it's just a real fact.
