North Coast rivers/ponds/lakes fishin has been pretty lame for years now due to those waters bein overrun w/ algae and weeds. Catch and release no problem anywhere, but for those catchin to eat, have to be wary of fertilizer run off in many places too.

Still a few "secret" spots around (like those in sound on HI:):) but even those don't produce near what they used to years ago.

County started annual trout stocking 2 weeks ago. Plenty of em, but sucked up quickly by those who violate bag limits.

Waters just beginin to clear after the heavy rains last week melting the snow. Still have 4 ft. piles along road here.
