My recipe is simple. Melt butter in a glass baking dish. Add filets with the bloodline cut out. Sprinkle with Old Bay or the seafood seasoning they sell at Austins. Cook until if flakes in an oven at 350. Tastes like hardshell crab meat with a little bit of butter taste.
