Terry-bluefish recipe

I think Bluefish are great to eat if you cut the bloodline out.

Try this recipe:

Boil equal amount of poato and bluefish in seperate pots

When done combine into a bowl and mash/mix with fork, a little butter, and a very little milk. Salt and pepper to taste.

mix in chopped but uncooked onion to taste and when you serve it sprinkle liberaly with crumbled bacon.

Any leftovers when cooled can be shaped and pan fried into potato cakes
