I do. I really don't mind it , I just sit down with a fork and pick it off the bone. The trick is to cut 3 slashes down each side of the fish and rub it with salt. The salt and lemon draw out some of the "fishy" taste that most people don't like. Never bothers me because I really like fish.
My neighbor , who won't eat fish , thinks I'm "some kind of fish eating freak". (his words) LOL
I'll take a picture next time I cook one whole.
