There's alot of wasting going on that is sensless. Was under the bridge one day when a com pulled up and shovelled a huge pile of fish, all kinds,out of the bed. Had no choice he said, something in the regs stopped him from being able to harvest and sell these fish. They were too old to be edible, so they went to waste.
Between the waste and the foreign ships that come in way too close to shore it's no wonder we don't catch fish like we used to.
