Both of these guys are right, definately want to do something besides a bottom rig. Lots of fresh bait around and the fishfinder rig is great. The guys at the fishing hole in Salvo are very helpfull and truthfull. Some bait shops will only try to sell you what they have the most of, but these guys have always treated me well. If your willing to get off the oceanfront a block or two you can rent a house cheap.
