How long ago did that happen?

There is a similar seduction zone on the eastern Atlantic that could pose the same threat to the eastern U.S. There is also some island off the coast of Africa (I think) that has the potential of having a HUGE landslide that would cause a huge tidal wave on the eastern U.S. If that happened during the summer, I think a lot of people would be stuck on the island not to mention all the people stuck on route 158 after the wave swept over the outer banks and ventured inland.
