I've never a big asian food fan,but started to experiment with it a little last summer and came up with this. Saute the scallops,pealed shrimp and crab meat with some sweat bell peppers,mushrooms and black olives.Toss with noodles,a little soy sauce and honey and snap peas for crunch.If tomatoes are in season dice one up and throw it in.If you want a little heat try some szechwan chili sauce or fresh local garden chilis when in season.Enjoy and GO VOLS,Rodneyo
