I think I'd make a fish stew or chowder out of them. Make a fish stock , add potatoes. When the potatoes are done add cream and cook for a while. The seafood doesn't really need to0 go in until the last few minutes of cooking , especially the scallops. You'd have to peel the shrimp before cooking them if you wanted to do this.
So , what time is dinner?
