Just a guess, July could be a variety of fish like bluefish, flounder, pompano, sea mullet, spot, croaker. When the wind is blowing off the ocean will probably be your better days. The wash outs and areas with tree stumps on the beach can be good places to fish north of Corolla. Early morning and evening will probably be your better times.

I'd try the Miss Oregon Inlet....
