Surf fishing for an Aussie.

G'day yo'all. I am coming over to your patch soon from Australia to look for a house to buy and retire.

I am a keen surf fisherman and my questions are -
What species are caught in the surf on the Banks?
I use 3 X ganged 4/0 hooks to catch Tailor down here ( you call 'em Bluefish I think ). IS this legal over there?
