It is really good, it's been awhile. The last time we used a homemade grill made out of an old heating oil tank from a house. Started with the charcoal then had a 55 gallon metal drum with a grate about halfway down made out of rebar driven through the drum with a door cut and made out of the drum at the bottom. The fire would be on the rebar grate and the coals would fall through to the bottom where they were scooped out with a shovel to keep the grill hot. It used about a pull trailer load of split hickory.
The pig came from a wholesale meat place in Chesapeake, head off. I'm not sure exactly what was in the secret sauce, it was vinegar with a whole lot of chopped hot peppers and brushed on through out the day. The leftovers from the pickin were chopped up on a big cutting board with a cleaver and turn into the best BBQ.
