I've tried a lot of different things. Don't personally care for pork or beef liver , but I love chicken livers. Beef tongue is ok. I've tried the chittlins or however you spell it. Intestines is what they are and I wasn't impressed.
There is actually a restaurant here that used to have pork brains and eggs on the breakfast menu , don't know if they still do or not - I never had the urge to try that one.
I've seen Honeycomb Tripe in grocery stores and I don't know what you'd do with it , but I guess people eat it or cook with it. It's part of a cow's stomach.
I guess if you were hungry enough some things might sound more appetizing.
