Stopped 2x, but w/ no intention of quitting. Stops were 1 year each. Saved restart for special occasion like Christmas. No trick - just stop, and work enuf to keep the weight off that you'd otherwise gain from all the xtra eating that will happen.

Now don't shoot me for tellin you this but can order cigarettes from the (American)Indians, and have em delivered for about 1/2 price. Only catch is that for that price you need to go to off brands. For example been buying Seneca non-filter for years now. Price is about $25 per carton now incl. the shipping. Price was about $12.99 carton before all the new taxes.

Now I'm not endorsing your smoking, or saying its bad, just reporting info.
