Thank the Almighty for insurance. In a four year span I had a massive heart attack, Hip replaced ( because of a drug I took for my heart ), and then this defib. Cost without insurance would have made us bankrupt. BTW, did I mention it started at age 43?

Batteries are rechargable,or rather the capacitor is, that's why you go get it read every six months. They do replace at seven years because it won't hold a charge after that.

Went through the house thing with my Dad, it's five years.

Anybody catch a fish today? I'm itching to. Been putting up new railing on my porches today, gonna burn all my paintbrushes tonight!
