Hey , like I said no offense intended , it's always worth mentioning though just to be on the safe side.

You'll probably definitely want to use your ocean yak. If a storm pops up the sound can get rough too. Also it would give you a little bit more room for rods , tackle , etc. That's what most people I know use anyway. Something like a Tarpon 140.
