I like just about any of the standard species- seatrout, flounder, puppy drum, bluefish, mackerel, spot, sea bass,
stripers (Rockfish), etc. Fry the fillets in your favorite breading. Grill or bake whole fish (cleaned) wrapped in tinfoil with lemon, butter, onions, Old Bay. You can't go wrong when fresh caught.
