We caught a lot of sea mullets (also called whiting, kingfish) in the surf this first week of June. Also quite a few small (10-14")blues the same day. We breaded them with Abbitts seafood breading (Food Lion) deep fried them in peanut oil. Both kinds of fish were absolutely delicious. Also, we deep fried Abbitts sweet hush puppies to go along with them....mmmm!
