You are acting like a transplant from up North of the Mason Dixon to come up with something like this. It isn't a Southern thing to tell people how to act or make up their own "rules" to profess to all. Anywhere you go there is going to be some that spoil it for all, so take it on a case by case basis. By the way, I have experienced some rude treatment by so called "natives" who think they know it all. It's not the norm, but I assure you it is true. Get your own private beach if you want to make rules. Have a nice day.
