Yakman,
Yea, I know lumber prices are way up. Redid my fence around my garden with treated 2x4's. Paid a little over $9.00 a 2x4. That was crazy.
My daughter just moved into a new house. Lumber price adjustment from start building to finish was an extra $3,000.
If there gonna get this price now, after the Covid crisis is over. Don't see it returning to last year's prices. Just more profit.
