Don't go to Maryview Hospital in Portsmouth.
My dad went to emergency room and was told appendix must come out now
It did and a week later he's back in with same symptoms
A different doctor said wasn't appendix problem in first place but gall bladder Has to come out now
It did
But that was 30 years back
I use the VA
The lung doc in Martinsburg says the "MASS" in my lung must come out though two separate biopsies found no cancer cells
Those kind of surgeries are done in the D.C. Hospital and D.C. Won't agree to surgery until Martinsburg can verify that the blood clots in my other lung and right leg are gone I have another watchacallit scan next Monday Not the Kat scan but the full body one takes a half hour

Anyway since this seems to have become the doom and gloom old man report I thought I'd contribute
I plan on visiting with my old mom and dad this week in Portsmouth and hitting the tidal creeks in the area and fillin up a cooler full of croaker
For now I'll settle for removing the top off a cold Icehouse
