Yes and the town blamed the state saying the state has came out with new laws and the only loophole is if that is going to cause erosion.

They can clear lots now without having a site plan and are keeping quiet would not tell the town or the workers what it is going to be there.

Tried the old route, buffer zones, old large live oaks which the town seemed to care about in the past said only if it's in a maritime forest.

Last time somebody else was able to stop them by being very adamant they couldn't with no reason and it worked you can only fool the town once.

The excavator is the yellow tall armed bucket they use for a wrecking ball here. That took out all the trees and have took out 4 houses lately.

The bikers will be gone soon but were the icing on the cake. My father is at Princess Anne Hospital it's a big new one that was built 4 years ago.

They don't have any beds available at Outer Banks Hospital if you have to go would probably be there in Virginia Beach or the one in Chesapeake.
