No. Go thru Manteo, across the Manns Harbor bridge to site on right. Just to the other side of the bridge. You can fish or crab from the small pier or both sides at the bridge. My best spot is the south bank at the bridge. Mainly because that's where I go when its real windy.
Speaking of wind. Jose is pounding us right now. Got to fish the surf (if that's what it's called) for about an hour the past two days. Nothing but wind & sand just about everywhere. (If you know what I mean.)
Jose should be gone by Wed.
