It's starting to look like we are going to get some big waves from Jose. 10 footers will be hard, no wind from it so far.

You could always try the little bridge on the causeway or public pier at the other bridge, Oregon Inlet at the lighthouse, marina or catwalk.

I've fished storms before and done well including my best pompano day it just depends on the wind and current, might not be real strong.

I don't know why they are allowing people to put on those new aluminum roofs here. I guess they will find out it wasn't such a good idea.

The first thing they are going to learn is how loud rain can be hitting metal.
