Is it true that whole area smells like chocolate from the candy factory?

Same with me, I had not messed around with it very much at Pirate's Cove. Supposedly that ditch has got nice shrimp in it.

I have talked to somebody that got into the big croakers one after other he said the current was running really strong that day.

Also is a parking area at the old Mann's Harbor bridge on the east side on the north at the bridge, watch out for the old fort on south side.

Those fluorescent green tube jigs like used for freshwater crappie work good for casting around the bridge pilings wading.

They have since posted tropical storm conditions possible for Monday on the marine forecast, you just have to deal with it.

I would recommend trying the Pier House Restaurant inside Nags Head Pier when the ocean is roughed up.
