Mrs. Capt always goes to the Manteo market. This Capt not so much.

Heat index 103 today.

Spent 8 1/2 hours at casino. Ahead now, but just barely. Great buffet. Lots of seafood. Back again tomorrow. Still too hot to do outside work.

Salespersons pestering few minutes ago. Jehovah Witness + cheesecake.

Only 1 mosquito bite so far. "Love bugs" disappeared today. Maybe they have only a few day lifespan.

Watchin your weather as always. Feel for Rick and all the Capn's. P poor year for them.
