That funny being watched feeling along with the feels like the hairs are standing up on the back of your neck is the sign you might see something.

You would have a better chance there at night sitting outside in the dark with just some light from the moon, probably the beach around there too.

Solar storms could be good, during the last one I caught a glimpse of a shadow figure standing in the center turning lane on the bypass at night.

It was where a guy was hit and killed trying to cross the road at Henry's Restaurant on the south end of Kitty Hawk, over shot the middle running.

I've been thinking if you can get one of those active nights maybe a long exposure camera photo might pick it up like they use for the Milky Way.
