Easter Fishing

The Mrs. has me about convinced to leave the frozen wasteland of Western Pennsylvania and make our way to the OBX for the Easter weekend. I've spent the last 40 years visiting the island, but only between the months of June - November. If we do make the trip are there any decent fishing opportunities during this time of year? And any suggestions on what to do with the family (3 Teenagers & Momma)since they won't be doing any body surfing! Thanks!
