Wheel weights are a good source for molding material.
Though they aren't pure lead, it will do nicely.
They should be melted down in large pots with enough heat to do the job.
My pots melt 30 lbs at one time at around 1000 Deg F.
Wheel weights carry other material that separates, floats to the top and needs to be skimmed off revealing a clear liquid that's perfect for molding.
It's best to pour the molten material into separate ingots, then use these in your molders after cooling.
