Thanks for checkin on this Capt. You're very good about checkin on the elderly!!

Perfect weather here. Predicting cold snap mid week and another mid week after. Hopin that latter stays north and doesn't reach TN.

Re: Storm. Finally a fall w/o anything serious.

Re: Pumpkin. $15...you got to be kiddin. North coast has many large farms w/ ornamental gourds and pumpkins. Mrs. Capt won't use big pumpkins for pie. Put those out in Jan for the deer. She wants small pumkins for her pies.

Re: Lightning. Seen some awesome displays on northern beaches. Mother of all storms, a cluster storm stayed over beach for about an hour once. Non-stop lightning. Strikes all over OF houses and the beach. Lots of fused sand next morning. Have some of the storm on video tape.

Re: Tire. Had similar thing on Spyder. Always adding air. Finally took in. Rim bent on inside of wheel. Not visable w/o being on a lift. Not fixable. New rim $225.

Re: Lake trip. Sorry you missed that...sounds great.

Workin here gettin deck cleared. About done but for luggin all the furniture down to basement. (Btw...basement is liveable area below ground. You may have never seen one:):)

Chuckle for the day. Basement is 2000 sq. ft. Filled. Well oganized w/ overhead aisle markings... A,B,C, incl. 6 months food. Kids counted TP and came up w/ 288 rolls. They think thats excessive!! About same on paper towels. (Just know gonna get comments:):):)
