3/23 Report

In Response To: 3/21 & 3/22 FL Report (Capt D)

3/23 Middle River canal. 0700 - 1100 hrs. Another beautiful morning. 65 degrees. Calm incoming tide just beginning. Clear skies. OMG, 5 aquarium size fish. Pin, pig, grunts, sea robin. Needle fish feeding. Live bait not the answer. (Used some of todays catch - go ahead and laugh!!). Shrimp bait of choice.

Fort Lauderdale pier tomorrow early AM. 89 degrees forecast, w/ 5-10 mph wind from the SW. No rain forecast thru Sunday. Tho catchin poor, gotta love the beautiful weather.
