Trip was only w/ wife to visit daughter and son-in-law. Really lucked out w/ weather. No rain down or while there. Fished every day 0700 - 1100 hrs. Casino (Hard Rock) lost some $$ to us too.
Terrific your wife has that great a love for Outer Banks. After 30 years, mine just tolerates the place. Hates to see me out fishin (you'd think she'd be glad to be rid of me for hours a day!!). Were it not for son and grandkids when they come down, I'd be pretty much house bound or "duty driver" for shopping. Don't enjoy fishin alone that much.
Loads of work piled up while gone. + gotta clean up the fishin gear. Full calendar for April, lookin forward to the Fishin Flea Market next week. (No room now for more gear, but an annual event w/ fella I retired w/). Will be pickin up mostly stuff for son and grandkids.
