dead stripers

There is an article on Va Pilot about the striper kill we all were talking about. Seems the outrage caused a change in the law from 50 fish a day to 2,000 lbs a day. I don't know about you guys, but I don't see that helping. They are still going to want the most meat they can get, so they are still going to cull the small ones out.
The article is in todays edition, law takes effect Monday
