We'll have to wait and see Tom. I imagine the trawlers won't care if they get to 2000 with 50 fish or 200. The big thing with this whole issue is that to get more weight (more $$) they were culling smaller fish. They might still have to cull a few if the regs won't let them transfer excess to other boats , but it should be less. I hope so anyway.

Strictly from an eating standpoint I actually prefer smaller Stripers.
